Now that your contract is signed, your Send onboarding journey has begun. We have created this onboarding plan to support you during your pre-boarding journey, help you understand what to expect from day one, and guide you through to the end of your probation period.
By following this plan, we hope it will ease your transition into Send, give you a better understanding of what to expect when joining, and provide you with insights into how we'll support your development and learning in the business and insurance industry.

Send is an insurtech company that has grown rapidly since we were founded in 2017. We’ve been transforming the world of commercial insurance by reshaping and enhancing the processes of the most innovative insurance companies in the market using our SaaS platform, which is built on two core components, Connect and Workbench.
In November 2022 we raised a series A funding investment of £9M, to accelerate our growth in the UK and US and strengthen product development.
In the coming months, after you join Send, you’ll be invited to participate in Send’s Knowledge Sessions with various areas of the business, allowing you to continuously learn and develop your knowledge about Send, our products, and the insurance industry. You don't have to be an expert in all areas of the business, but we believe it's important for all Send colleagues to have a good understanding of the business and the insurance industry. It's also a great way for you to connect with colleagues outside of your immediate team.
