The days before starting a new job can be stressful, and you may be unsure if you've completed your pre-boarding documents and have all the necessary equipment. To help you feel prepared for day one, we've created the checklist below 📝
If you haven't completed all the items on the list before your first day, please reach out to Pat, Liam, or your manager.
- [ ] Signed my contract of employment via DocuSign (UK) or through Deel (Non-UK)
- [ ] Completed a background check via Zinc (UK only)
- [ ] Received an email from Naynesh Patel (Head of Operations) or Joe Howes (Operations Analyst) regarding IT equipment delivery and received log in details for you laptop and email
- [ ] Received an email from BambooHR, Send’s HR system, to complete my personal information, ‘welcome to the team’ questions, upload a picture and complete a New Starter form (For UK based employees)
- [ ] Spoken with my manager via email or call to discuss arrangements for my first day
