Week one ✅

After week one, you'll start to shift from learning to doing. This may seem quick, but don't worry; you will receive all the support you need, and everyone will understand that you're still getting used to the role.

By now, you will have met most, if not all, of your team members. You hopefully would have met other colleagues in the wider business, gained access to role-specific platforms and systems, and developed a better understanding of your role and responsibilities.

Every colleague's onboarding journey at Send will be different depending on their role, experience, and team. We've outlined some high-level activities that will happen over your first three months in your role:

• 🤔 Send's Knowledge Sessions - You will be invited to several 'knowledge sessions' to enhance your understanding of Send and how different functions work. More information can be found on the knowledge page.
• 📉 Progress Review - You'll have regular progress catch-ups with your manager. These may be classified as 1-1 meetings or more formal reviews. These are great opportunities for your manager to provide feedback on your performance and for you to share your honest feedback and areas you wish to develop.
• 🏋️‍♀️ Ongoing Training - Continue any ongoing training relevant to your role using the available resources, such as Learnerbly.
• 🤝 Probation Review - Towards the end of your first three months at Send, your manager will schedule a probation review meeting.

Following your first, second, and third months at Send, you will receive an onboarding survey via Lattice to share your feedback.
