Week one

After week one, you'll start to shift from learning to doing. This may seem quick, but don't worry; you will receive all the support you need, and everyone will understand that you're still getting used to the role.

By now, you will have met most, if not all, of your team members. You hopefully would have met other colleagues in the wider business, gained access to role-specific platforms and systems, and developed a better understanding of your role and responsibilities.

Every colleague's onboarding journey at Send will be different depending on their role, experience, and team. We've outlined some high-level activities that will happen over your first three months in your role:
