Your Onboarding Sidekick will be there to support you during your onboarding journey 🛣️, and their role could include:

• ❓ Providing guidance and support: Helping you acclimate to the workplace, answering questions, and offering advice.
• 👥 Introducing you to the team: Facilitating introductions to team members and other colleagues.
• 👂 Offering a listening ear: Being a go-to person to discuss any concerns or challenges.

Plus sharing your weekend plans, talking about what you are watching on Netflex, your upcoming holiday plans….. 🌴📺☕

The goal of your Onboarding Sidekick is to make your onboarding process smoother and more enjoyable. Typically, your Sidekick will be a colleague within your function, so they can also assist with team-specific questions.

Your manager will introduce you to your Onboarding Sidekick in your first week.
