In April 2023, we introduced a new UK pension offering through Royal London. You will be auto enrolled in the UK pension at the standard rates below following your probationary period. You have the option to cancel this auto-enrolment (called an opt-out).

• Provider: Royal London
• Pensionable Pay: Full base salary
• Employer Contribution: 8%
• Employee Contribution: 4%
• Calculation: Salary Sacrifice (i.e. gross deduction of employee contributions)

🇺🇸 USA

In the US, team members are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) retirement plan through Remote’s partner, Guideline. Employees can select the percentage of their salary they wish to contribute, with no mandatory minimum.
