🇬🇧 UK

In April 2023, we introduced a new UK pension offering through Royal London. You will be auto enrolled in the UK pension at the standard rates below following your probationary period. You have the option to cancel this auto-enrolment (called an opt-out).

• Provider: Royal London
• Pensionable Pay: Full base salary
• Employer Contribution: 8%
• Employee Contribution: 4%
• Calculation: Salary Sacrifice (i.e. gross deduction of employee contributions)

🇺🇸 USA

In the US, team members have access to a Fidelity 401k through Deel. This will be via auto enrolment with the default contribution set to 0%. You can increase contributions but unfortunately, we don't yet have the ability to offer employer contributions in the US via this model. We’re actively reviewing a more direct 401k offering which will allow for employee and employer contributions for retirement.

🇮🇳 India

We currently do not have the ability to offer an private retirement fund in India.
