Currently, we are only able to offer life insurance and income protection in the UK 🇬🇧 We are actively reviewing options in the US and India for how we can implement coverage.

🇬🇧 UK

We offer life insurance in the UK through Legal & General, and Income Protection through Zurich. Both policies are group policies so you are automatically covered as a UK employee and do not need to do anything on an individual basis to enroll.

Life Insurance

• Tax-free payment made to the family in the event of death
• Coverage of 4 x basic salary
• Available to all UK employees up to the age of 70
• You can add your beneficiary on BambooHR, under 'Personal'

Income Protection

• Financial and rehabilitation support if you’re unable to work due to long-term illness or injury
• Cover of 75% of salary
• Available for 36 months, with a 6 month deferred period
