Below you can find Send’s hiring statistics for the last 12 months (Feb 2023 - Feb 2024). We’ve also included our target service level agreements (SLAs) when it comes to candidate experience to give you an insight into when you’ll hear back from Send at every stage of the interview process.

When it comes to offers, we give candidates our ‘Best offer first’: We've adopted this principle to put forward the best offer first and remove the need to negotiate, which can disproportionately affect members of underrepresented groups.

🧡 Recruitment Service Level Agreements

When it comes to recruitment our aim is not only to find the best suited candidate for the role, but to give every candidate an outstanding candidate experience. We’ve put the below SLA’s in place to ensure candidates are kept up to date at every stage of the interview process.

Every candidate that applies for a role with Send will receive a automated application confirmation e-mail. Once an application has been reviewed, all candidates will receive an email to confirm if their CV/application has aligned to the requirements of the role or if your background is not the perfect fit and has been unsuccessful in moving forward to the next stage.

🔊 Due to the volume of applications we receive it is not always possible to give detailed feedback at application stage as to why you have not progressed to the next round.

🔊 For screening calls and interviews, we’ll always come back to you by email and/or phone if you’re not successful in moving forward and provide feedback. If you do move forward, we’ll be in touch to organise steps and go through any questions you may have following your interview.

Stage of Process Service Level Agreement
Application Summited An automated email confirmation will be sent within the hour of applying
Application Review You’ll receive a response to your application within 3 working days
Screening Call If your application has been successful you’ll be sent a self-schedule diary link to select a time to discuss the role in more detail with our in-house recruiter
Following a Screening Call 1️⃣ If you have not been successful in moving forward to the next stage following a screening call, the recruiter will come back to you within 2 working days (via email). 2️⃣ If successful following a screening call, the recruiter will come back to you within 2 working days.
Interviews If successful following a screening call you’ll move into the interview process. Our aim is to have as little time between a screening call and interviewing. Typically interviews are booked within 5 working days (subject to hiring managers diary commitments)
2nd and Final Stage Interviews If successful following your first stage interview, the next/final stage interview will be arranged within 5 working days (subject to interviewing managers diary commitments) Feedback will be delivered within 3 working days following all interviews.
Offer Stage You’ve been successful following the interview process and we’d love to offer you the role, you’ll receive a verbal and written offer within 2 working days of your final interview.
Contract Once offer has been accepted 🤞 Your contract of employment will be sent via DocuSign with 24 hours.
