We have an office in central London, you're welcome to work from there as often or as little as your like. There’s no requirement for you to be in the office and we typically look for a way to bring the whole company together in person every 6 months.
Unfortunately, we do not offer sponsorship/visa support for roles.
We advertise all roles for the duration of their vacancy, It's possible that the role has been filled, or the application deadline has passed. However, we regularly update our job listings with new opportunities, and we encourage you to check our careers and LinkedIn pages frequently for new openings that match your skills and experience. Alternatively, you can submit your interest on our ‘Tell Us Your Dream Job’ advert to express your interest in Send and we’ll reach out when a suitable role becomes available.
Only on a small number of occasions in which case we have some agency partners already in place. We have a in-house talent team who fill all of our vacancies.
Our recruitment process primarily involves video interviews, but there may be occasions when an in-person interview is necessary. This is typically determined on a role-by-role basis, and will be detailed in the job advert.
No worries! Life happens, and we understand that unexpected events can arise. If you're unable to attend an interview or running late, please let the recruiter know as soon as possible so we can re-arrange. We're happy to reschedule or adjust the interview times if needed.
