The below outlines a typical Send candidate recruitment process. If a process for a role is slightly different this will be detailed at screening stage.

Apply

To increase your likelihood of success, it's important that the skills and career background outlined in your application are closely aligned with the requirements of the role in the job advert. A strong correlation between your experience and the job description will greatly enhance your chances of being selected to move forward to the next stage of the interview process.

Application Review

Our Talent team carefully reviews every application individually. What sets exceptional applications apart is often a well-crafted CV that clearly shows how your skills and experience align with the role requirements. Cover letters are optional, but if you'd like to share insight into your motivations for the role and why you’re interested in joining Send, this is the place to do it.

Interviews

Our interview process is designed to be short, authentic and provide an insightful view of each other to see if we’re a strong match. After all, it’s as much about you getting to know us as it is about us getting to know you. The process varies slightly by role, but typically entails a phone screening with our Talent Partner to learn more about your motivations, a technical interview with the hiring manager(s), and an informal chat with one of Send's Co-Founders.

Offer

Should you be chosen to receive an offer, the hiring manager and Send’s People Team will share with you all the necessary details to aid you in your decision-making process. You will receive a comprehensive offer package, including all relevant information and benefits, to help you prepare for the next steps and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Onboarding

We are delighted that you have accepted our offer! The moment your contract is signed, our People Team and your new manager will be in frequent communication to support your transition to Send. Your first day will be relaxed and focused on helping you get started with our systems, platforms, having conversations with your manager, and meeting some of your teammates.
