🖥️ Part of a new starters onboarding will be picking a laptop of their choice, we know some people work better on a Mac rather than a PC and vice versa. Day 1 at Send you’ll be set up on all the platforms and given access to the software you need to work in your role.

Tools for Everyone at Send

Teams

Teams is Send’s main communication tool. Within Teams we use company wide group chat’s, for example ‘Sendral Perk’ for company information and ‘Sendral Bark’ where colleagues share picture of their pets 🐶

Notion

Notion is Send’s company wide knowledge and collaboration tool.

We use Notion for:

• Company policies and information
• Notes and Documents
• Database and tables
• Task and project management
• Collaboration and sharing

Lattice

Lattice is Send’s performance management and employee engagement platform designed to help align teams, set goals, provide feedback, and foster employee growth.

The goal of Lattice is to enhance communication between managers and employees while facilitating ongoing performance evaluation and professional development.

Outlook

The Send team use Outlook for communication, organisation, and collaboration.

Here’s how the team use Outlook:

BambooHR

Send’s People platform is BambooHR. The platform is used to store colleagues personal data, book annual leave and record salary, job title information and documents.
