Our partnership with Spill provides Send employees globally access to free and confidential therapy. Spill is a service which integrates with Microsoft Teams and allows for sessions to be booked, usually within 24-48 hours and including weekends, for you to speak to an experienced and qualified therapist.
There is no cost to use Spill as Send is paying in full for the service. No one at Send can see who is using therapy or for what reasons, only if therapy sessions are being used so that we can make sure we have enough paid-for sessions on our plan.
Spill is currently available to Send employees in the UK, and Send team members who are engaged via Deel in outside of the UK.
