At Send, we believe in supporting parents through this exciting and life-changing time. Our parental leave policy is designed to be inclusive, flexible, and globally consistent:
Parental Leave for All: All new parents, regardless of gender, family structure, or location, are entitled to 12 weeks of fully paid leave. This leave can be taken flexibly in blocks within two years of your child’s birth or adoption.
Enhanced Maternity Leave: Birth-giving parents receive 16 weeks of fully paid leave to account for the unique recovery and adjustments required. This is inclusive of statutory leave entitlements.
Global Coverage: This policy applies to all permanent employees, including those employed via an employer of record in the US, Ireland, India, and New Zealand.
Flexible Return: We support a phased or flexible return-to-work approach to ease your transition back after leave.
