Flexa is a platform dedicated to recognising flexible working within companies - just like Send. 😜
Every company on Flexa has passed an independent verification process to ensure their ways of working are genuinely flexible.
The process isn't a walk in the park: 33.3% of companies that apply to become flexified do not pass! 😲
The initial phase of Send becoming Flexified was completed by the People Team at the end of 2023. This phase involved a survey about the benefits and flexibility we offer to the Send team.
In January 2024, an anonymous survey was sent to the Send team. The survey, which consisted of 14 questions, focused on Send's working environment and provided an honest assessment of the company. Over 40 team members completed the survey. The results are detailed below. 👇
