Send currently operates its headquarters and entity in the UK. For those residing in the UK, this means that you’ll be a direct employee of Send Technology Solutions Ltd.
Outside of the UK, we use Employers of Record to ensure we are operating compliantly in relation to benefits, payroll and local regulation. You will be employed by the EOR, who is engaged to provide your services to Send. Day to day, you’ll feel part of the Send team in the same way someone in the UK does. The difference will be that you’ll have an additional party to your employment who will ensure things like health insurance, retirement contributions, payroll and payslips and tax obligations are met within your country of employment.
We use Deel as our EOR in India, and Remote in the US. Your Talent Partner or Hiring Manager can share further details about your specific arrangement if you have any questions throughout the recruitment or offer process.
