While we hope you never have to use it, should you be faced with experiencing the loss of a family member or some very tough personal circumstances, the last thing we want you to feel is that you need to be working.

We don’t provide set numbers of days or exhaustive lists of how this should be used because we can’t possibly capture all individual circumstances and we trust our team will use this when they need to.

Just know that we have compassionate and personal leave available, at full pay. Please let your Manager know in the first instance and we’ll sort out BambooHR in the background.
